  Not surprised that there have been several other complaints about the worker. He is unbelievably rude. I wasn’t thinking very clearly when he was asking me questions because my dad recently passed away so I explained to him why I seemed so out of it and he had no remorse. He was very rude to my mom also. I ended up crying and leaving in a horrible mood. Definitely not going back there ever again. He should not work with the public.
